Job Title: Forklift Operator - Warehouse Associate Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (with Potential for Extension) Pay: $23/hour
We are currently hiring a Forklift Operator with mid-level computer skills to support our warehouse operations during the seed delivery and return season. In this role, you will safely and efficiently handle materials and seed products, assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and help ensure timely, quality deliveries to meet customer expectations.
This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, computer accuracy and a strong safety mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklift in a professional, safe and accident-free manner
Complete and maintain daily forklift inspection records
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of forklift equipment
Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track goods and ensure accurate data entry
Keep the warehouse clean and organized
Assist with loading and unloading of transport vehicles during seed delivery/return season
Accurately move and stack products, equipment and materials
Assist with sampling, inventory tasks and general labor as directed by supervisor or team lead
Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Mid-level computer knowledge (data entry, basic inventory software, or WMS experience)
Previous forklift operation experience required; certification preferred or will be provided
Ability to lift, push, pull and move materials as needed
Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts and maintaining stamina during long days
Strong attention to safety, cleanliness and detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions
Positive attitude and strong team orientation
Preferred Skills:
Experience in agriculture, seed handling or warehouse logistics
Knowledge of WMS or warehouse scanning systems
Previous seasonal warehouse or distribution center experience

The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring precision, efficiency, and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Perform tool changeovers, setups, and adjustments as needed.
Interpret and work from detailed blueprints and measurements down to thousandths of an inch.
Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and no-go gauges to ensure product accuracy.
Work independently at times, managing more than one CNC machine simultaneously.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine and quality issues.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous CNC operation experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Comfortable working independently and efficiently.
Problem-solving skills, patience, and focus are essential.
Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

**THE ENVIRONMENT**

+ This position is assigned to the Banbury area, which is not air conditioned in the summertime
+ Work Schedule:12-hour rotating schedule & if desired a 12-hour straight night shift may be available. In a 28 day period of time there are 14 working days and 14 days off. A Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12-hour fixed night shift may be available.
+ Starting Wage Per Hour:
+ $22.85
+ $23.93 when working nights 6pm to 6am & weekends 6am to 6pm
+ $25.01 when working weekends nights 6pm to 6am
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE**
+ Must be 18 years old
+ Able to Lift 50 pounds frequently and at times lifting up to 80 pounds
+ Able to pass pre-hire checks including a physical strength test prior to hire
+ Willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts (days to nights) or a fixed 12 hour night shift may be available
+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future for this job opening
+ Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity
