TITLE: Vario-vac Operator REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor The operator is responsible for all packages ran through the machine. They must monitor employees loading product to ensure they are placing product properly in the packages. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Operating the Vario-Vac machine Maintains a safe and clean working environment Must be able to load film properly into the Vario-vac machine Change, and set dyes to match product requirements Accurately read product labels Follow all SOPs for product handling and machine operations Adjust machine to produce well formed packages that are sealed correctly.
