Purpose Statement
Accomplish the processing or packaging of frozen food products made on the production lines at the Brunswick facility by performing certain tasks involved in directing other team members and meeting quality specifications and production needs. Contributes to the profitability of the Company by performing tasks in a safe, efficient, quality-conscious, and cost-conscious manner and by working in a cooperative manner with his/her Team Leader and co-workers. Utility Operators specifically assist the business by being cross-functionally trained to assist where needed and track necessary KPIs. This role should know every piece of equipment and be able to move to as needed.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Building on prior knowledge of processing, learns how to direct the processing or packaging of product to meet quality specifications and production needs. Performs specific tasks associated with this process including but not limited to:
Pack END
Break out Bagger Operator
Break out carton Former operator.
Break out carton sealer Operator.
Break out Robot operator.
Early/Late schedule flexibility to assist with shift set up and hand off.
Fill in for SR operator when absent.
Follow-up on CIL & CL completion.
Verify correct date code after Operators.
Check bag count evert 30 minutes.
Wet end
Break out Vemag operator.
Break out Batter operator.
Break out fryer operator.
Follow-up on CIL & CL completion.
Follow-up on Nozzles sizes.
Make sure MLO is setup correctly. Perform and ensure proper change over.
Check raw and fried weights every 30 minutes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
1 - 3 Years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum lifting requirement is 20 pounds, from approximately 6 inches off the ground to up to shoulder height. Maximum lifting requirement is up to 65 pounds over the same distance and occasionally above shoulder height, depending on job assignment.
Punctual and reliable in their work attendance
Ability to perform basic math functions
Applies all safe work practices associated with these tasks. Works in a safe manner always.
Applies all GMPs requirements, both personal hygiene and housekeeping, associated with these tasks. Always keeps work area clean, in line with plant procedures on housekeeping, wastewater, and solids management.
Applies all product safety and quality requirements associated with the process at assigned positions.
Identifies product or processing problems on an on-going basis and determines if solution is within his/her training and knowledge; if so, corrects problem; if not or if not sure, communicates to appropriate person for solution.
Develops and maintains a good working relationship with Team Leader and other managers, and co-workers. Resolves problems and conflicts in an acceptable manner that shows respect for the other person(s).
Works to understand (primarily through gainsharing, team meetings, and general communications) overall impact of his/her job on team productivity and plant profitability; maintains high level of personal productivity and contributes suggestions for work process improvements to Team Leader or at team meetings.
Since the work requires physically handling cheese and other ingredients on a regular basis, severe allergic reaction to this food material or to any of the ingredients used in processing such as flour, baking soda, baking powder, phosphates and their chemical components would preclude a person from performing the essential functions of this position. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for operating heavy mobile equipment of various sizes and weights for mining and mineral processing facilities operating 24-hours per day, 7-days per week such as bulldozers and excavators in support of active mining operations. This earth moving position will work collaboratively with a team of 8 to 10 operators, under the direction of the Production Shift Supervisor, focused on the safe and efficient delivery of raw ore to mine processing facilities and management of sand tails.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Daily activities
Ensure all work is performed within company, state, and federal regulations, standards, statutes, policies, and procedures.
Safely and efficiently operates various pieces of mobile heavy equipment including bulldozers and tracked excavators.
Identify and promote opportunities to improve mine safety performance, act as a safety leader.
Safely drive and maneuvers equipment into position for digging, loading, hauling, dumping, pushing, and/or spreading material in designated work areas.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Industrial Cleaning Operator will operate, maintain, and repair high-pressure water blasting equipment and industrial vacuuming equipment necessary to perform the safe and proper removal, containment, transportation, and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials within heavy industrial settings. They perform the general labor activities of a Hydroblast Technician, as well as operate water blasting and industrial vacuum equipment.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Show commitment to perform all assigned duties safely, at all times.
Meet physical requirements to be able to safely perform all duties of Hydroblast Technicians.
Will be trained to operate industrial vacuum trucks, high-pressure industrial water blasters, and other necessary equipment.
Will identify mechanical problems of assigned equipment and follow up appropriately by performing minor mechanical repair and/or communicating problems to supervisor for speedy repairs.
Will safely and effectively perform decontamination process of assigned equipment as required by project and company policy to prevent cross-contamination between equipment and job sites.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Exposed to weather, including extreme temperatures.
Work in atmospheres with potential for exposure to various chemicals that may be hazardous, toxic, or corrosive.
Required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders to heights of up to 250 feet.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
CDL Class A or B required.
Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays.

Job Summary:
Golf Operator III is a senior-level position responsible for the skilled operation of heavy and specialized turf equipment and for carrying out complex maintenance procedures to ensure the golf course remains in optimal playing condition. This role combines hands-on expertise in turf care, irrigation, and equipment handling with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and presentation. Operator III supports the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents by leading advanced tasks, maintaining high standards of course aesthetics and functionality, and mentoring less-experienced team members. A top priority of this position is maintaining a clean, safe, and organized Turf Care Center, consistent with Navy/hospital-grade standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Mow and trim all turf areas including greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and bunker surrounds using specialized mowing equipment.
• Operate heavy machinery including tractors, aerators, seeders, skid steers, loaders, backhoes, trenchers, and utility vehicles.
• Conduct advanced turf maintenance tasks such as vertical mowing, seeding, aerifying, and drainage repair.
• Maintain, adjust, and repair irrigation systems as needed; identify and report faults for corrective action.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides in accordance with safety guidelines and turf health needs.
• Hand-water greens and ornamentals to prevent turf stress and support plant health.
• Set up and prepare the course for daily play and special events, including repositioning cups, flags, and tee markers.
