Job Duties
* Under direct supervision, rigs-up and rigs-down surface and down hole well logging equipment on work locations for the purpose of recording information about sub-surface geologic formations.
* Rigs-up and rigs-down surface and down-hole well logging equipment including electric, nuclear, sonic, other well logging tools, and pressure control equipment.
* Operates well logging equipment at job site.
* Assembles down hole well logging tools (electric, nuclear, sonic, and other well logging tools).
* Maintains, cleans and performs preventative maintenance on down-hole and surface well logging equipment.
* Performs pre and post job vehicle and equipment inspections and associated paperwork and/or reports.
* Learns how to operate pressure control equipment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
PURPOSE:
As an Operator I/II, the ideal candidate will learn to do the job and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. * Identifies when the vacuum pump filter is dirty and replaces it with a new one. Identifies when the sock sleeve on stabilizer is worn and replaces it with a new one. Identifies when the print plate on printer is worn, replaces it with a new one, and cleans the printer, as necessary.

CNC Machine Operator Job Summary:
Kaspar Circle Y - Precision Saddle Tree is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to produce precision metal components for our customers. This role involves operating CNC lathes, mills, drill presses, manual rollers, and saws, as well as performing initial quality checks and machine setup. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and a commitment to excellence and safety.
CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machinery and manual equipment (rollers, saws, hand tools) for production tasks
Learn and perform machine setups based on production requirements
Input computer commands to retrieve and modify part data and visual templates
Calculate machining criteria such as spindle location, feed rate, and tool specs
Store and manage layouts within CNC memory for future production use
Conduct initial quality control inspections on all completed parts
Wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, etc.) at all times
All other duties as assigned by management
CNC Machine Operator Skills and Competencies:
Ability to read blueprints and understand machining instructions
Strong basic math skills
Familiarity with DOS and CNC interfaces
Visual inspection ability for quality assurance
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:
At least 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to operate CNC and related machinery
Willingness to be trained on more advanced equipment
Work Environment:
Work may occur indoors and outdoors in both climate-controlled and non-controlled settings with exposure to noise, fumes, and varying weather conditions.
Physical Requirements:
Stand up to 10 hours daily; walk, climb, stoop, bend, and twist frequently
Use hands for repetitive motions and foot controls occasionally
Lift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally with assistance
Push/pull pallet jacks up to 4000 lbs with team support
