    Brief Description: The Equipment Operator (Non-CDL) is responsible for working as one of the crew members assigned to the field in either cementing, fracturing, or other, as required. The candidate must demonstrate safe work habits, be able to follow directions and work well as part of a team. Major responsibilities include general maintenance and repair of pumping equipment and attachments and assisting in pumping activities. This position works under the direction of the Field Service Supervisor or Service Supervisor, as applicable. Job Summary: The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Heavy equipment may include trucks, dozers, graders, compactors, excavators, skid steer machines, and other pieces of equipment.
