The Mission Critical Transport Driver will deliver fuel to commercial and government customers while providing exceptional customer service. Foster Fuel Drivers are responsible and required to ensure their equipment is properly maintained and all records and reports required for DOT and Corporate compliance are met.
DUTIES
Drives Class A or B truck to pick up and deliver fuel products in the local markets.
Delivers fuel into a variety of tanks such as vehicles, underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, and portable fuel tanks.
Conducts pre-trip and post trip inspections of equipment for defects and safe operation conditions before and after trips, when stopped during the workday and submits a daily vehicle inspection report at the end of each day.
Performs basic preventive maintenance such as checking and maintaining appropriate fluid levels, replacing light bulbs and batteries, changing oil, and checking tire pressure.
Uses tablet to record fuel deliveries, enter time and records cargo data in a safely in timely manner while completing assigned deliveries.
Maintains records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations and including driver's logs, records of fuel purchases, mileage records and other records required by Foster Fuels, the state and federal regulations.
Ensures that all shipping documentation (bills of laden, weight tickets, meter tickets, etc.) required to move with shipments are available for inspection, that appropriate paperwork accompanies shipments when delivered, and that signed bills of laden for proof of delivery are turned into dispatch daily.
Promptly reports any delays due to breakdown, weather or traffic conditions, or other emergencies. Also reports if there is more than a one-hour delay in getting unloaded or loaded, or in the event of irregularities relating to pick up or deliver of fuel.
Conducts site visits and coordination with customers to ensure understanding of local delivery procedures.
Requires out of town deliveries for a few weeks at a time during emergency situations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

The Shuttle Drivers will provide a professional, fully operational, and safe shuttle bus service for the benefit of all civilians, and military and contract personnel including visitors working or visiting the DHHQ facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure all passengers/riders boarding DHHQ shuttles have a valid ID before entering the shuttle.
Maintain awareness of the operational environment in the Washington, DC Metro area so they are not caught off guard.
Shuttle drivers must arrive to work on time, drive their vehicles following a set schedule or route.
Ensure that passengers are safely loaded and unloaded from their buses.
Must maintain contact with the dispatcher and keep track of passenger pickups and drop-offs as necessary for log count.
Verify the necessary supplies at the start of each shift.
Perform vehicle inspections, including maintaining a clean bus and fueling as needed.
Completing both pre and post-shift paperwork including inspection and maintenance review.
Assist with the maintenance and appearance of the shuttle bus and report any malfunctions or safety hazards to the direct supervisor.
Safely transport customers to the company-approved destination.
Safely Operate ADA lift and assist passengers requiring assistance.
Record the number of passengers boarding for each trip.

Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years' prior experience driving a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) transporting passengers in a professional capacity
Must have previous experience as a driver with a valid Commercial Driver's License with P (Passenger) Endorsement
Have a driving record with no more than ONE safety violation or at-fault accident in the past 12 months, no more than TWO in the past THREE years, and no more than THREE points currently.
Drives shall have NO DUI(s) or DWI(s) in the past FIVE years
Negative results on pre-employment and periodic drug screenings
Valid DOT Medical Examination Card
Submit to and complete a National Agency Check and Inquires (NACI)
