The OL drives productivity by training, coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising results. The OL leverages daily interactions and team huddles to communicate and teach/train topics that support the customer experience. The OL participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions. The OL processes freight, sorts and stocks products on shelves, including down stocking and end cap maintenance, while maintaining a neat, clean, and organized store. Requirements Typical job duties include: Set-Up: Make exact and concise set-up on all machines within the work cell. Remove and replace tooling as required for a variety of parts. Perform precision set-ups involving alignment and securing of fixtures, setting speeds and feeds and various other parameters according to the part to be produced and the machine to be used. On initial set-up use precontrolled set-up procedures. Precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and dial indicators must be used. Work with the CNC control panel. Perform Production Run: Place part in holding fixture and clamp in place, start machine by push button, foot pedal or lever. Unclamp and remove part when machine completes operations. Deburr part, assemble parts, weld rivet, Double Disc, Notch the nose, and repeat the cycle. Check parts with gauges provided and record finding on charts. Make all adjustments necessary to ensure parts stay within specified control limits. Simultaneous set-up and operation of multiple machines is required due to long cycle times. Keep coolant and oil levels at the proper levels and concentrations. After hardening is done, check handle alignment and straighten if needed. Check joint tensions and adjust as needed. Weigh gage as needed. Check handle spread and gage as needed. Check nose gap and gage as needed. Rope cut pliers following standard procedures. Re-file as needed. Needle Nose pliers must have the nose adjusted to meet Quality standards. Cell operators will be required to learn all of the jobs that are performed within the work cell. SCREENPRINT OPERATOR: BRINGING ART + GARMENTS TO LIFE. THE OPPORTUNITY: Under the direction of the Screenprint Supervisor and Trainer, this position is responsible for processing screenprint orders through preparing garments, applying inks through use of screenprint press, and making quality adjustments as necessary. This position will lead the Unloader and provide first steps in quality control. The operator is responsible for changing screens and setting up/cleaning ink for specific orders, and operating the screenprint press to produce the best t-shirts in the biz. The operator will help verify garment quality and ink design to achieve company standards, and will wow our customers by meeting department and company goals. Job DescriptionDescription: The Machine Shop Operator is responsible for the set-up, production run, and general operations of the work cell. Processes and procedures employees are expected to follow are located in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each machine and function the associates perform. All associates are expected to read and understand the SOP prior to utilizing equipment or performing job-related tasks. On the job training available! Requirements: Typical job duties include: Set-Up: Make exact and concise set-up on all machines within the work cell. Remove and replace tooling as required for a variety of parts. Perform precision set-ups involving alignment and securing of fixtures, setting speeds and feeds and various other parameters according to the part to be produced and the machine to be used. On initial set-up use precontrolled set-up procedures. Precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and dial indicators must be used. Work with the CNC control panel. Perform Production Run: Place part in holding fixture and clamp in place, start machine by push button, foot pedal or lever. Unclamp and remove part when machine completes operations. Deburr part, assemble parts, weld rivet, Double Disc, Notch the nose, and repeat the cycle. Check parts with gauges provided and record finding on charts. Make all adjustments necessary to ensure parts stay within specified control limits. Simultaneous set-up and operation of multiple machines is required due to long cycle times. Keep coolant and oil levels at the proper levels and concentrations. After hardening is done, check handle alignment and straighten if needed. Check joint tensions and adjust as needed. Weigh gage as needed. Check handle spread and gage as needed. Check nose gap and gage as needed. Rope cut pliers following standard procedures. Re-file as needed. Needle Nose pliers must have the nose adjusted to meet Quality standards. Cell operators will be required to learn all of the jobs that are performed within the work cell. Complete appropriate paperwork and maintain 5S requirements. Qualifications: Requires some initiative and ingenuity to achieve the proper goals. Good ability and vision of adjustments of different characteristics on all pliers needed.
