Packaging Specialists are responsible for general housekeeping of the production area, case making, inspecting, and packing of finished product in accordance with established procedures, specifications and other guidelines. The primary duties of a Packaging Specialist include: Understands, follows and enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures and recognized practices. Stack case/dividers on carts and feed individual cases and dividers into case forming machine. Use case making equipment in a safe manner. Communicate with incoming shift or line replacement on any problems with quality, machine, and packing configurations. Assist with rework and heldware to ensure effective completion. Assist in the training of regular and temporary workforce in stacking, packing quality, and case machines. Keep work area and other facilities clean, orderly and safe. As a Packaging Specialist, you are responsible accurately weighing, packing, and labeling cannabis flower, infused edibles, and cannabis extracts for shipment to retail dispensaries. The Packaging Specialist is responsible for assembling and packaging products manufactured by the cultivation and processing facility. Job Description MasterBrand Cabinets is hiring (full-time) Production Associates to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment on its Night Shift. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. Training is provided for our positions. Additionally, selected candidates will be evaluated for several production-related roles based on business needs. All positions are physically demanding in some way; however, some roles require: * The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.; and * The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours).
