Paragon 28 CEO and leadership

Frank Bono joined Paragon 28, Inc. as one of our Founders in early 2012. Frank has over 24 years of experience in the medical device industry. Prior to P28, he served as Sr. V.P. & CTO of Wright Medical. Frank was also employed by Medtronic Spine & Biologics, serving as their V.P. of Product Development and New Ventures Technology. Previous to that, Frank was employed by DePuy/Johnson & Johnson, holding various technical positions where he ultimately served as Global V.P. of R&D for their Spinal Division.

Bono earned a Masters in Bio-Mechanics from the University of Arizona and a BSME from Purdue University.

Steve Deitsch is on the Board of Directors at Green Sun Medical. Steve is also the Chief Financial Officer at Paragon 28.

Matt joined Paragon 28 in December 2012 as the National Sales Manager where he was tasked with building and training the U.S. Sales Force and Sales Management Teams. He has since been promoted to Director of Sales, then to Executive Vice President of Sales, and most recently (2018) to Chief Commercial Officer and he now oversees Sales, Marketing, and National Accounts for Paragon 28. Matt is also very heavily involved with Operations, Inventory Management and many other aspects of the business.

Prior to joining Paragon 28, Matt spent six years as a top Foot & Ankle Sales Representative with Wright Medical where he was used in multiple capacities, including training new Sales Representatives. He began his career in medical device as an Associate Sales Representative with Stryker Endoscopy.

Matt graduated from Kalamazoo College (Kalamazoo, MI) with a B.A. in Economics and Business.
