The Assistant Golf Professional at Geneva Golf Club is responsible and accountable for the daily operations of the golf shop staff, guest service staff, and coordinates with the Head Golf Professional to provide an exceptional golf experience in line with our Thompson Golf Group way. This includes the development and management of golf team members, maximizing the tee sheet, merchandising, building golf programs, and increasing rounds sold. Essential Responsibilities Mentor the development of staff in all areas. Educate, train, and develop team members in all golf operations.
