Position: Mitigation Technician Crew Chief
Reports To: General Manager
The Crew Chief and perform restoration projects on Water, Mold, Fire & Specialized Cleaning, ensuring theyre completed on time and within scope. Leading the crew to make sure all the remediation is met to the proper standards of Paul Davis guidelines. Assist in answering and questions the customer has to meet their satisfaction.
What does a Mitigation Technician Crew Chief with Paul Davis do?

Taking the lead in the remediation process of removing all damaged material.
Ability to perform flood cuts and set up containment for the proper scope of work.
Being able to disconnect toilets and sinks for proper removal when needed.
Communicate the scope of work to client as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, Fire Remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/re-installation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
Set up drying equipment and application of sanitizing chemicals.
Must have a drivers license to have adequate transportation to get to work.
Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team.
Willingness to wear PPE for the various jobs.
Ability to work with a wide assortment of construction and demolition tools as well as specialized drying equipment
Comfortable working in confined areas such as crawlspaces and attics - construction, labor, demolition
Education and Experience:
