What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Skills) High school diploma or GED. Active Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration required. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service setting OR one (1) year of experience in specialty pharmacy. Prior authorization experience required. Strong knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology. Benefit investigation experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Basic computation skills. Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred. Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency. RMA or CMA certified preferred, but not required. Work Environment & Physical Demands This role is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to sit for extended periods (minimum of 7 hours).
