A-Team Solutions is seeking Pharmacist for the CMOP Leavenworth to work M-F between the 6a-6p. Varying days and shifts available. Maintain drug stock par levels, to ensure drug inventory turnover. Encourage generic and preferred formulary usage while maintaining contract adherence. Receives and interprets physicians' medication orders; monitors patient medication profiles to guard against sensitivities, contraindications, duplications, and major drug interactions Assures the accurate and timely refilling of patient medication Assures maintenance of patients' medication records Provide drug information to other health care providers and patients.
