Pay: $27.00/hourly USD 2:00pm-10:30pm EST Key Responsibilities * High level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask * Responsible for assisting in the set-up of daily activities including staging of batches, equipment cleaning/sanitization and set-up, and documenting in batch records and logbooks. * Meet Right First Time (RFT) metrics by reducing error / deviations and completing corrections in a timely manner * Maintain adherence to SOP's, cGMPs and the manufacturing schedule * Aid in inventory control by properly documenting components and materials used on corresponding paperwork * Ability to receive and maintain a high-level gowning and media fill qualification (training will be provided) * Be able to complete periods of standing up to 6hrs per shift and be able to twist and lift product material during job shift * Assume other duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisors Basic Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Minimum of 2 years' related experience. * A strong understanding of cGMP and GDP in a manufacturing setting. * Gowning experience. * Ability to frequently lift/move materials and objects (up to 40 lbs) * Ability to work overtime on weekends as needed. * Able to take direction and work on production requirements as needed (after training). * Quality minded and detail oriented. * Strong attention to detail. * Solid verbal and written communication skills. * Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. * Excellent attendance and punctuality. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment. * If needed, employee must have their prescription glasses within their first 7-days of employment. * Ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner and to develop and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and management. * Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted. * Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy, and accountability.
