* Performs routine rounds each shift of specified equipment and processes in his/her area.
* Leads and directs crews during normal operations and hayouts and also during maintenance down time for clothing changes and cleanup and system LOTO for operational work and maintenance work.
Cost
* Understands key cost drivers for processes under his/her control. Identifies and addresses losses/wastes of fiber, water, steam/condensate, chemicals, etc… or potential for clothing damage.
Environmental

Pilgrim's is seeking a Process Safety Management (PSM) Specialist to ensure compliance with the facility's PSM and Risk Management Programs (RMP), in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role is based at our processing plant in Cold Spring, MN.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a compliant PSM and RMP program at the facility.
Participate in ammonia system operations as necessary.
Manage and update PSM documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training records.
Organize and lead PSM meetings; maintain action item logs and assist in resolution.
Support the facility's Environmental Sustainability initiatives.
Assist with ammonia refrigeration projects, including scope development and Management of Change processes.
Support APSM compliance implementation schedule.
Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
Experience: 1 or more years of directly related experience required, with knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 regulations and APSM or similar PSM compliance software experience preferred.
Skills: Ability to read and interpret piping, instrument, and block flow diagrams; basic understanding of ammonia refrigeration systems preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, SAP knowledge is a plus; strong communication and problem-solving skills; self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Ensure all prospect/guest information is entered into the club management software system and complete all required tracking forms and processes.
Ensure the club is maintained immaculately.
Oversee the retention strategy and systems.
Qualifications
Ability to consistently generate new club memberships by contacting leads generated through marketing activities, generating referral leads from the current membership base, and engaging club tours for walk-ins.
Ability to quickly identify potential members needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value in our clubs amenities and services to the member and close the sale.
Ability to thrive in a competitive sales position while maintaining a cohesive team environment.
Ability to meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence within 30 days of starting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands, including club cleanliness.
Ability to train others to excel in membership sales and referrals.

Repair machinery or other components by welding or filling holes.
