Collaboration is central-working with physical therapy assistants, physicians, nurses, case managers, and family members to ensure cohesive care. You'll have opportunities to refine your clinical skills through mentorship, peer collaboration, and exposure to diverse clinical presentations, while building leadership capabilities that support your future trajectory. The role also comes with a robust benefits package that includes a bonus opportunity, supportive housing assistance, and potential for extension into subsequent assignments based on performance, clinic demand, and your goals.
