Cardiac Rehab Clinical Exercise Physiologist Plans and implements cardiac education for all assigned patients as ordered by the physician both pre and post procedure. Writes and calculates exercise prescriptions and plans appropriate exercise care for all assigned patients as ordered by the physician both pre and post procedure. In collaboration with nursing, effectively assesses, plans and implements, and evaluates the education and exercise plan of care for both inpatients and outpatients.
