As a Chemical Process Operator, you will work a rotating shift in our chemical manufacturing plant and will perform operating activities as part of the manufacturing team to ensure the safe and efficient production and packing of titanium dioxide pigment and associated products. The Chemical Operator is responsible for safe and proper operation of equipment in his/her area in accordance with the standard operating instructions, company policies and shift supervisor's instructions.
This is a safety critical role.
Key activities include:
Adherence to all SHE policies and procedures and INEOS Pigments' 20 principles of process and Behavioral Safety and Life Saving Rules
Makes appropriate adjustments to meet safety, quality, and environmental requirements. Tends equipment or semi-automatic systems that processes chemical substances into industrial intermediate and finished products.
Reports and/or resolves conditions affecting safety, efficiency or product quality with peers, technical or supervisory personnel. Troubleshoots equipment problems and process upsets.
Monitors in-process quality results for slurry production and packaging quality for dry production. Monitors maintenance activity in the area, including signing of work permits.
Perform Job Tasks as outlined in SOPs.
Perform quality-related jobs as indicated in the Quality Procedures Documents of the Unit.
Completes all documentation accurately
Reviews, comprehends and follows all company rules, policies and guidelines
Adhere to current Collective Bargaining Agreement.

About the Role
As a Utility team member, working within the Utility department, you will be responsible for ensuring that trucks and trailers are loaded safely and accurately and managing warehouse organization and inventory. You will be responsible for carrying out tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Keeping accurate inventory of all warehouse supplies (polybags, plastic wrap, corrugate, pallets, tape...)
Reporting low inventories to the office for reorder.
Regrinds all roll and tray scrap. Makes and weights scrap bales. Cleans and maintains baler.
Cycle counts inventory.
Keeps racks picked up to make room for additional inventory.
Additional duties as assigned by management.
Who you are:
Certified fork-truck operator (propane)
Must have a clean driving record and maintain a valid driver's license

About the Role
As a Utility team member, working within the Utility department, you will be responsible for ensuring that trucks and trailers are loaded safely and accurately and managing warehouse organization and inventory. You will be responsible for carrying out tasks assigned by your supervisor.
This is a 2nd shift position (M-F 4:00 pm - 12:00 am)
Responsibilities: other duties may be assigned as needed
Loads and unloads trucks/trailers.
Assures receipt of goods matches packing list for proper material and amounts.
Assures receipts of goods are not damaged and reports any and all damage.
Assures trailers are in good condition and are not contaminated with odor or any foreign matter before loading.
Puts finished goods in proper rows, keeping the warehouse in order.
Maintains inventory and shipping/receiving records using proper scanning practices.
Assist in setting up and putting away WIP totes,
Keeping accurate inventory of all warehouse supplies (polybags, plastic wrap, corrugate, pallets, tape...)
Reporting low inventories to the office for reorder.
Regrinds all roll and tray scrap. Makes and weights scrap bales. Cleans and maintains baler.
Cycle counts inventory.
Keeps racks picked up to make room for additional inventory.
Additional duties as assigned by management.

The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Processing Operator to follow Good Manufacturing Practices and standard operating procedures. This role is responsible for the manufacturing of powder infant formula products. This person will be operating industrial mixers, heat treatment systems, and dryers using HMI. The role will also be working cross-functionally with the processing and quality departments, and when necessary the warehouse and canning line.
Please note this position is for the 2nd shift from 3:00pm - 11:30pm
What you will accomplish:
Lifting and physical handling of raw ingredients during the weighing, staging and manufacturing processes
Operation of scales, portable pumps, container rinsers, homogenizers, dry blending, and any other related processing equipment
Learn and perform hand cleaning, clean-in-place (CIP), heat treatment systems, cleaning-out-of-place (COP), routine housekeeping, and other cleaning and sanitization tasks.
Interact with computer systems that are integrated into the manufacturing process, along with word order documentation of the manufacturing steps
Preparation, operation, monitoring, and documentation of bulk ingredients for blending operations, heat treatment processes, controlled weigh system of batch ingredients, and any other applicable systems and documents that are required to operate these systems
Operation, monitoring, and documentation of a computer-controlled clean-in-place (CIP) system utilized for manufacturing equipment

Job Summary:
Operate PVD coating furnaces to coat carbide and Cermet inserts.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Load and unload fixtures with product into furnaces.
* Ensure that the product is set up correctly and sufficiently clean.
* Enter product weights and desired coating cycle information and other related data into computer as required. Start and monitor the coating process.
* Properly clean fixtures and base plates between heats.
* Ensure adequate gas supply.
* Replace gas tanks as needed.

Education and Experience:

Work Environment: Controlled temperatures and humidity room. Dust collection and system in place. Safety glasses with side shields required. Safety Shoes Required. Self-contained breathing apparatus available in case of furnace malfunction. Environment monitored for hazardous gases.
