We need someone with proven and progressive experience in the maintenance and operation of major building systems such as HVAC, electrical and power generation, refrigeration, plumbing, building infrastructure and envelope, and equipment and grounds maintenance is required. Demonstrated experience in developing and managing preventative maintenance programs is required. The ability to build and manage both operating and capital budgets is required. A solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and surveys for DNV, JCAHO DOH, DCA, local AHJs and other regulatory agencies is required.
