Responsibilities:
Daily:
Execute daily tasks based on drawings and specifications under the guidance of the Crew Lead.
Prioritize safety by performing stretch and flex exercises, wearing proper PPE, and logging work time accurately.
Adhere to the weekly work plan to meet project timelines.
Collaborate with the Crew Lead to adjust work plans based on daily changes and priorities.
Maintain COPPERA, LLC's quality standards in installations.
Uphold job site performance in terms of cleanliness, organization, appearance, task completion, and safety measures.
Organize and inventory materials and small tools, promptly alerting the Crew Lead as necessary.
Provide training to apprentices in plumbing materials and systems.
Weekly:
