You will be in charge of day to day functioning of the home, including oversight of medication, monitoring and responding to the needs of residents, coordinating medical care, compliance with relevant policies, and documentation. CSAC is a team based, collaborative work environment. Basic knowledge of the nature of psychiatric disabilities and of recovery principles is required, along with excellent communication skills. Bachelor's degree in a human service field plus two years of relevant work experience is preferred. Valid driver's license and use of car required.
