You Have * Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping and/or general maintenance/janitorial experience is a plus. * Working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools and cleaning equipment. * Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus. * Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.
