Qualifications

Proven success managing multiple complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
Ability to travel domestically for trade shows and client meetings.
Experience with value engineering, overseas manufacturing, or factory operations is a plus.
Familiarity with architectural and shop drawings.

Responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials and work between departments to meet production schedules. Ensures timely delivery by monitoring progress, resolving delays, and maintaining accurate inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate material flow from receiving through production to shipping.
Review production schedules, work orders, and inventory reports to prioritize material requirements.
Monitor work processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications.
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve delays and maintain on-time delivery.
Track and distribute expedited materials to the production floor.
Follow up on commitments and update stakeholders on progress.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and requisition materials as needed.
Compile and report on production status, shortages, and potential issues.
Assist with data cleanup and other tasks to support operational efficiency.
Respond to urgent business needs beyond normal job scope when required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma; 2+ years in production expediting or inventory control.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, MRP systems, BOMs, routings, and lead times.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and Word; Visual Manufacturing experience preferred.
