POSITION SUMMARY: The Family Entertainment Team Member will facilitate the use, maintenance, and cleanliness of all entertainment equipment at the venue. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: * Assist with cleanliness and maintenance of entertainment center * Oversee the use of entertainment equipment * Understand the safe and proper use of entertainment equipment * Maintain a safe work environment Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer * Operate the POS software efficiently & effectively * Communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons * Accurately take customer food & beverage orders * Work with large groups of people in a fast-paced environment * All additional duties assigned by management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be a team player * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * AC/DC electronic experience required * Able to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics * Proficient in the use of computers and associated hardware * Be self-motivated but still be able to follow directions from others * Be well organized and able to multi-task * Perform well under pressure and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Working environment is fast paced * Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds * Facility have intermitted noise
