Hours for this job are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 5 pm and a voluntary Saturday shift from 7:30 am until noon

In the Detailer and Buildings & Grounds Maintenance role you have the high impact responsibility of thoroughly detailing and cleaning equipment, and assuring the timely maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
Essential Functions:
1. Pressure washes, cleans, details and performs light repairs to equipment in the shop.
2. Responsible for upkeep, preventative maintenance and minor repairs of assigned facility, tools, equipment, yard, and machinery.
3. Cleans showroom and public restrooms on a daily basis, including checking and stocking of bathroom supplies.
4. Assists truck drivers and customers with pick-up and drop-ff, loading and unloading trucks.
5. Operates a forklift in a safe, reliable manner to move crates and other heavy objects.
6. Assures intercompany transfers are ready for the truck route.
7. Assures that deliveries are delivered to the correct department and proper person is notified of delivery.
8. Moves equipment on the lot to assure proper display, and keeps equipment locked up for loss control.
9. Cleans debris from parking lot, driveway, ditches and other outside areas to assure a professional image.
10. Maintains grounds, above and beyond outsourced services, including weed control, minor snow removal, etc.
11. Dispose of all trash and recyclables.
12. May be asked to do pick-up, deliveries and errands as a back-up person when seasonal job demands require.
13. Performs set-up work, assembling equipment and getting equipment ready for sale.
14. Performs all job functions in a safe, timely manner.
15. Presents a positive, professional image in dress and conduct at all times.
16. All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
1. Majority of work is performed in a shop setting, requiring safety glasses.
2. Frequently exposed to outside weather including normal temperatures extreme and wet conditions from washing equipment.
3. Steel toed shoes required.
4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis required, up to 100 pounds infrequently.
5. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, push and pull to handle equipment.

Cash checks, process loan payments and sell Cashier's Checks.

Update knowledge and develop professionally by participating in internal and external training.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) required. Cash handling experience a plus.
Computer literacy including experience with Office Suite, MS Word, Excel, and other computer software products.
Exceptional customer service skills and good communication skills are necessary to address customer inquiries and resolve conflict in the most appropriate manner while positively representing the bank.
Ability to plan and prioritize work, exercise good judgment in all areas of responsibility, and work effectively under pressure and deadlines.
Collaboration/teamwork amongst departments, accuracy, attention to detail and safeguarding of confidential information is required.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a pleasant office environment with minimal chance for personal injury. Frequent mental concentration is necessary for listening and responding to various situations. Must be able to lift and move up to 20 pounds unassisted. Some twisting, bending, and turning is required. Work hours are generally during normal business hours, and average 8-10 hours a week. Additional hours may be available during summer or scheduled school breaks. Some out-of-town travel may be required.
