Proven experience developing new products and improving existing formulations. Previous team lead or supervisory experience. Strong understanding of GMP regulations and manufacturing standards. Bilingual English-Spanish (required). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with supplement development, powder blends, gummies, or capsules.
