The Propulsion Basic Software (BSW) and Hardware (HW) Systems Senior Fellow will be the technical reference and coordinator for the associated technical expertise community, which includes Fellows and specialists from all regions and technical centers. This includes a focus on powertrain strategic and technological needs of the company. This position will specialize in propulsion control state of the art technologies, including but not limited to the areas of engine, transmission, and electrified powertrains with experience in system design, calibration, and testing. In this role, the Sr. Fellow should act as a responsible focal point for decoupled and advanced development as well as production implementation.
