The Role
As a Freelance Local Producer, you'll curate, produce, and promote concerts and other live events to build a strong and vibrant Sofar community in your city. You'll be a true Sofar ambassador - mapping out your city's strategy and supported by the central Global Communities team as you produce exceptional events, conceptualize and execute local marketing initiatives, sell local sponsorships and private shows, and expand Sofar's footprint.

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:Red Sox Productions is responsible for two primary functions within the organization. The first is to provide fans at Fenway with an incredible and informative game experience by using the ballpark's video boards to show stats, replays, crowd shots, video features, and game highlights and by using the sound system to play recorded music and live organ. The second is to produce video content that is viewed by fans on the club's social media channels, its YouTube page, and NESN. The department also creates video content for other departments such as marketing, sponsorships, community/player/media relations, baseball operations, and the Red Sox Foundation. POSITION OVERVIEW:The Junior Video Producer seasonal position running throughout the 2026 Red Sox season, with the potential to extend into postseason baseball in October. This role is responsible for creating and producing dynamic content across Red Sox social media platforms, Fenway Park's video boards, redsox.com, and NESN - the club's regional sports network. The Junior Video Producer will also capture video footage from Red Sox home games, ballpark events, community appearances, and sponsor-related activities.
The hourly rate for this role is $20.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Capture footage of organizational events inside and outside the ballpark, as assigned, including capturing game-action
Collaborate with the Red Sox Productions staff on a range of projects - including video board features and other creative content - to enhance the overall fan experience throughout the season

Your Day-to-Day:

This position is full-time, on-site, and requires early starts and late wraps as individual shoots dictate.
