The Role Itself
In this role, you will engage directly with our primary customer, the independent Property and Casualty Retail Agent. Acting as a representative for either our contract or brokerage carriers, you will be responsible for soliciting, underwriting, marketing, and ultimately securing coverage for our business enterprises within the excess and surplus lines marketplace. Effective relationship-building skills are crucial to collaborate with our partners, aiming to cultivate a profitable book of business.
Responsibilities include:
Develop a network of relationships with retail insurance agents, soliciting new business through sales and marketing techniques
Build relationships with our in house binding and brokerage markets
Be creative in assessing accounts and negotiating terms

What We Are Looking For:

Writes and rewrites stories as needed. Plans for contingencies.
* Makes sure all aspects of the newscast are complete before the newscast airs. Plans ahead and meets deadlines so newscasts can run smoothly for all involved. Enters information for story choices and storied into the newsroom computer system. The Produce Department Lead is responsible for stocking the shelves and building displays, preparing all fresh-cut fruits, vegetables, and freshly made juices for our guests, and culling (rotating and pulling product of less than high quality) in the produce department.
Additionally this position tracks shrink, verifies production logs, scheduling, orders product, and ensures food safety standards are exceeded at all times. The Produce Department Lead is responsible for ensuring continuous delivery of exceptional guest service, ensuring superior quality and freshness of all products, actively engaging guests through freshly prepared product samples and suggestive selling, attracting guests by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere, and understanding all health, safety and sanitation regulations.
