WWE is seeking a highly creative and motivated Associate Producer to join our branded content creation team. This role offers an exciting balance between field producing/directing and post-production editing, ideal for a passionate storyteller who thrives both on set and in the edit suite.
The successful candidate will play a key role in producing, directing, and editing a variety of content - including branded content, sizzle reels, behind-the-scenes features, and digital originals. You'll work closely with producers, editors, and creative partners across departments to bring stories to life that capture the energy and authenticity of WWE/TKO.
This position calls for a resourceful and collaborative creative who can adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver premium, engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development, field production, and post-production of branded and promotional video content.
* Direct and produce shoots with WWE talent and crew, ensuring creative and logistical success.
* Edit projects using AVID, maintaining strong storytelling, pacing, and brand voice.
* Collaborate with producers, clients, and internal partners to align creative vision and execution.
* Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Assist in all stages of production - from concept through delivery - ensuring quality and consistency.
* Required to travel of to 50% of the time, including occasional short-notice assignments.
Skills & Background Required:
* Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Film, Television, Media Arts, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience producing, directing, and editing content across television, digital, or branded platforms.
* Hands-on experience directing talent and crews in the field.
* Proficiency with AVID editing software and strong understanding of production workflows.
* Excellent storytelling, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a collaborative mindset.
* Experience shooting camera is a plus.
