The stock attendant is responsible for gathering parts, sub-assemblies and other materials required for the manufacture of weldments and/or assemblies. This is a Second Shift position with hours from 3:00pm-2:00am Monday-Thursday and overtime as needed.
What You'll Do:
Gathering materials required to manufacture assemblies
Determine requirements and identification of these items using bills of material, routers, check lists, drawings, part numbers and other specifications.
Deliver to designated areas in the plant in accordance with established procedures and instructions
Periodically inventory various material, maintain floor stock levels, and store items as instructed.
Basic Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Have ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to withstand long hours of standing, often in hot conditions.

Job Responsibilities

Immediately report any safety or security issues to the General Manager or Regional Operations Manager and contact the local authorities/emergency service providers if warranted.
Respond and assist to minor maintenance issues, guest needs, complaints, and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and on the phone after office hours.
Obtain guest list on a nightly basis to ensure only authorized guests are allowed to access rooms and the property
Obtain a vacant room report on a nightly basis to ensure all vacant rooms are secured
Establish good communication and professional relationships with property guests
Complete three thorough inspection rounds of the property Monday through Saturday performed approximately at 7:00 PM, 9:00 PM, and after midnight
Complete six thorough inspection rounds of the property on Sunday that should be evenly spaced in between and performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM and one round after midnight.
Document all inspection rounds and any incidents on the Property Attendant Checklist and note any issues on the Daily Action Plan for General Manager's investigation.
Follow company procedure by verifying IDs to provide access to rooms for guests who become locked out.
Take responsibility for insuring that property is clean, free of any trash/debris, and ensure that all storage and employee areas are secured on a nightly basis
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor and follow on call schedule
Skills/Experience
Ability to read, understand, interpret information found in a variety of internal hotel information.
Ability to read, speak, write in an efficient manner in order to interact with guests and staff.
Ability to self-supervise and work with limited supervision.
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
High school diploma preferred but not required.
Mental and Physical Demands
Indoor work with hard and carpeted surfaces.
