Alta Environmental & Infrastructure (Tucson) is seeking energetic and highly motivated engineering interns to join our team in Phoenix and Tucson locations. The ideal candidate will have a technical background / education in geotechnical, civil, geological, environmental, engineering, construction or related field. Responsibilities and Expectations: Assist in preparing technical reports Ability to work on a team or independently on less complex projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug test required Travel to and Perform field sampling or testing Collect and classify soil samples for geotechnical investigations Perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments Preferred Competencies Ability to adhere to safety standards and practices Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D Organization skills Results oriented and strong attention to detail Physical Demands Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and may be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Civil, Geological Engineering or related field. Youll support day-to-day operations and learn how a fiduciary practice manages client documentation, court deadlines, and sensitive records. Key Responsibilities: Assist with filing, scanning, organizing, and maintaining client documents. Help prepare basic paperwork, letters, and internal forms. Support the fiduciary team with administrative tasks and case organization. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Manage incoming mail, phone calls, and appointment scheduling (as assigned). Run light errands or court deliveries (if applicable). Learn and follow Arizona fiduciary office procedures.
