Overview
The Safety Intern position at Endeavor Air will integrate knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skills development in a professional workplace. The Intern will utilize administrative, organizational, communication and critical thinking skills to complete project-based work assignments in the Safety Department with an emphasis on the Endeavor FOQA program.
At Endeavor Air, the Safety Department is responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees, customers, and equipment. To accomplish this goal, we employ programs to identify safety concerns, review data and trends, and audit processes and procedures. This position will focus heavily on development of additional measurements, events and metrics in the Endeavor FOQA program, but this position will also have opportunities to assist in other functions of the Safety Department based on skill, ability and interests.

Base compensation for the Campus Intern role in Minnesota is between $24/hr and $25/hr, depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.

Northern Star Scouting Camps seek Staff for Summer Camp Programs! Are you looking for a PAID summer internship working in the outdoors with youth in our community? Northern Star Scouting is seeking enthusiastic individuals to lead our summer day and overnight camp programs. Previous experience in Scouting NOT required.
Internship Opportunities Include:

* Business Office Staff
Wage for internships range from $2300- $5100 for the summer season depending on position and previous experience. Housing and meals provided for camp season. Benefits include training in several program areas, personal leadership development, use of program equipment, free parking, great co-workers, scholarship opportunities, and the satisfaction of making a difference in the lives of youth. Northern Star Scouting also offers a Sick and Safe Time program for all part-time employees. College aged staff may receive up to a $1500 scholarship for the completion of a full summer season.
The internships may be tailored as needed; it is your responsibility to determine if academic credit is available within your academic department and degree program.
Qualifications
* Must be age 18 or older
* Strong communication skills are required
* Experience working directly with youth in the classroom, outdoor recreation sites, summer sites, summer youth camp, or other youth programs preferred
* Experience working with diverse populations between ages of 5 to 12 is desired
