What You Need to Succeed * Academic Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, pursuing a major in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline. * Graduation Date: Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. * Technical Proficiency (Automation): Demonstrated experience or coursework in process automation, including proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, R, SQL, or VBA for Excel automation). * Technical Proficiency (Excel Modeling): Proven ability to design and build robust, complex financial or data models in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and scenario analysis). * Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for modeling and automation. Understanding of financial concepts, pricing models, or subscription-based business models (SaaS). This individual will be responsible for scanning, labeling, and uploading employee documents into BambooHR for both active and terminated staff. The People & Culture Intern will be a part-time, onsite position at the Murray corporate office, reporting to the People & Culture Manager. The role will run for a minimum of four months and offers flexible scheduling. Compensation is hourly and based on experience.
