Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow Service Operations Workspace, including standard operating procedures, process flows, user guides, and system configurations. Collaborate with engineers, developers, and IT service teams to gather information and ensure technical accuracy. Translate complex technical concepts and workflows into user-friendly documentation tailored for a variety of audiences. Organize and manage documentation repositories to ensure version control, accessibility, and ease of navigation. Audit existing documentation for completeness, clarity, and relevance, and make recommendations for updates or improvements. Develop templates and standards for content formatting, naming conventions, and structure to ensure consistency across deliverables.
