Comfortable testing under different environments and conditions (e.g., varying network quality), managing or coordinating test environments, and working within CI/CD pipelines. Proven ability to document, track, and drive resolution of defects in tools like Gitlab, while guiding the team toward better quality awareness and participating in agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, demos, retros).
