Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Preferred Certifications/Licenses:
Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), ICC, ACI, NICET, or similar QA/QC-related credentials preferred.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction QA/QC Inspection Services, including 3 years on major airport, transportation, or similarly complex capital projects.
Familiarity with FAA guidelines, airport design and construction standards, and relevant building codes.
Strong understanding of construction materials, means and methods, and the ability to interpret plans and specifications.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, maintain thorough QA documentation, and ensure compliance in a large program environment.
Excellent communication, reporting, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with Design-Build or CMAR project delivery is a plus

Working knowledge of airport operations, TSA/FAA regulations, and security coordination.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead representative for QA on behalf of the airport owner, supporting the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality construction.
Review and monitor contractor Quality Control (QC) programs and QA/QC documentation for conformance with project specifications, FAA standards, and airport authority guidelines.
Conduct independent QA inspections, audits, and surveillance on construction materials, workmanship, and system installations across terminal and airside/landside facilities.
Verify that all quality-related activities are in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality manuals, and construction documents.
Coordinate with design-build teams, contractors, and testing agencies to resolve non-conformances, track corrective actions, and close out deficiency reports.
Develop and maintain QA logs, inspection reports, and other documentation to support monthly progress reporting and close-out packages.
Support commissioning and turnover processes, ensuring quality records are completed, signed off, and submitted in accordance with contractual milestones.
Coordinate specialized inspections (e.g., fire protection, MEP systems, waterproofing).
Participate in QA/QC meetings, readiness reviews, and stakeholder walkthroughs, representing the interests of the Owner.
Salary:
$130,000.00 annually

Firm is seeking a QA Analyst / Test Engineer to join the product development team. This is a key role on a small but mighty team building and supporting a web-based .NET SaaS application in the licensing and credentialing space.
In this position you will be primarily responsible for automating quality assurance tasks. On any given day you may find yourself:
Automating browser-based testing using Selenium (or similar tool)
Supporting product developers with the creation of automated, non-browser-based integration tests (using C# and NUnit)
Triaging, fixing, or maintaining existing automated tests (we have a very large library of UI tests)
Working independently or collaboratively with others, as the situation demands
As a member of the QA team, you could also be asked to contribute with manual testing as needed. (We have a strong preference for automation, but sometimes automation isn't feasible; in those cases you may need to work with the team to validate the expected results by hand)
Lastly, you may occasionally need to use your coding skills to fix issues, not just find them. We're a small team and the lines between "dev" and "QA" sometimes blur.

We are seeking a candidate to ensure client satisfaction is achieved, through adherence to policies and procedures, by performing quality tests in support of COS and Global Banking, with a primary focus on Treasury and Commercial Card. To be successful as a Quality Analyst, the candidate will need to closely collaborate with key partners throughout multiple departments within the COS organization performing quality assurance activities on multiple processes providing detailed results. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong attention to detail; can work in a fast pace, time driven environment; and has effective interpersonal and communication skills. Commercial Card knowledge and experience is preferred. You will also review voice/email interactions and provide coaching of break points identified against documented procedural guidelines.
Job Responsibilities

Facilitate internal calibration sessions with the Quality Management staff and Production Managers/Team Leaders.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings/emails to review validation anomalies and trends
Actively evaluate risk items and evidence compliance with key controls
Provide detailed result reporting to management and stakeholders for all quality related activities
Investigate problems and monitor remediation where account errors have been identified
Recognize issues and risks; to promptly initiate action and escalation to management, to minimize financial loss and reputational damage.
