The primary responsibility of the Regional Quality Assurance Nurse is to manage ongoing clinical operations, oversee the region's continuous quality improvement functions, and implement policies, procedures and processes that provide structure to Avamere's systems and facilities for regulatory and clinical standards compliance.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

Educate and assist clinical leaders in region to be survey ready at all times and ensure documentation is complete and consistent with legal requirements.
Review all surveys within the region for plans of correction and review weekly reports for each facility identifying areas of concern or priorities.
Provide reports and trends to the company and assist in developing plans to improve various areas of focus.
Educate, review and evaluate clinical practice and documentation integrity during onsite visits and during virtual review.
Perform and implement compliance programs including Mock surveys, system reviews and routine facility visits to ensure ongoing compliance with federal/state and Company policies.
Conduct and facilitate regional meetings and facilitate orientation for all newly hired Director of Nursing.
Function as a “Governing Body” for facilities they serve.
Support and serve as a helpful resource to Center and staff.
Must be able to innovate and be creative; ability to “think outside of the box” to solve problems.
Provide excellent communication and organizational skills.
Able to effectively self-manage and prioritize competing duties at multiple Centers.
Must be able to set, communicate, and regularly adhere to schedule involving multiple sites to visit.
Must be available 24/7 via telephone or on-site as needed and return phone calls and email in a timely manner unless on vacation/sick.
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon or state of Washington
Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
Must have a minimum 3 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing/ Long Term Care Facility; five (5) years of experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility settings.
Prior demonstrable experience developing, implementing, and monitoring systems that ensure clinical excellence, compliance with regulations, standards and policies of the company.
Demonstrate familiarity with applicable federal and state guidelines in relation to Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Expertise in Infection Control/Antimicrobial Stewardship.
Knowledge and understanding of Quality Measures and governmental five star programs to drive quality within Centers.
In-depth understanding of clinical and regulatory compliance requirements (Federal and State).
Experience in the principles of Quality Assurance and QAPI processes.
Possess clinical and nursing knowledge necessary for the position and ability to effectively communicate that knowledge in order to accomplish the expected results.
Knowledge of emergency and disaster processes
Demonstrative leadership qualities and a history of successfully integrating teams.
Must have a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle for transportation.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.

ProSidian Seeks a Lead IT QA Consultant in CONUS/OCONUS - Olympia, WA and Tumwater, WA to support an engagement for an Agency dedicated to the safety, health and security of 2.5 million workers and helping employers meet safety and health standards and the Agency also inspects workplaces when alerted to hazards. As administrators of the state's workers' compensation system, The Washington State Department Of Labor And Industries is similar to a large insurance company, providing medical and limited wage-replacement coverage to workers who suffer job-related injuries and illness.
ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide expert level Information Technology (IT) Quality Assurance (QA) consulting services supporting a full cross-agency “business transformation” initiatives intended to achieve the mission of keeping citizens in the state safe and working. The business transformation (BT) calls for modernizing the agency's extensive technology infrastructure and corresponding business processes over several years. The client is starting with people and processes - ensuring the best way to do business and collectively understand business priorities and customers' expectations. Then, they will invest in new technology to support those process improvements and achieve stated goals and objectives.
Over the next several years, L&I will modernize technology across the Dept., which will take place in phases. Key focus areas shall be The current workers' compensation system; L&I's Insurance System (LINIIS) is an application comprised of many sub- systems and used to process and manage workers' compensation claims; Organized Information Online (ORION) is an integrated document management (IDM) and business process management (BPM) workflow application where the work is managed; Early Claims Solutions (ECS) is an application used by both claims and employer services staff; Independent Medical Examination (IME) application; Medical Information Payment System (MIPS); Benefit Payment System (BPS), and Pension Payment System (PPS); and VOC-LINK is an application for private vocational rehabilitation providers.
Lead IT QA Consultant Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and lead IT QA Consultant will conduct independent quality assurance (QA), Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), oversight and assessment activities in alignment with the Client Organizations requirements, policies, guidelines including but not limited to the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Policy 132. The focus will be made on enterprise professional services covering Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS), Modified Commercial off The Shelf (MOTS), custom build applications/systems, .etc. As part of on-going System Modernization and other agency Business Transformation (BT) Projects. These enterprise professional services will be required for current application/technology/Process/People Solutions as well as future BT Related Procurements (including projected procurement timeframes) which may include: Enabling Technologies, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems, Conveyance Management Systems, Workers' Compensations System Modernization (WCSM) project and other agency projects.
The Lead IT QA Consultant is expected to ensure that QA services are provided in alignment with a client's overall project schedule. Additionally, they would be responsible for supporting the written assessment reports developed by the team and overseeing the recommendations developed to ensure they provide early warning to our clients of potential risks; including, actionable input and recommendations that can be tracked to completion.
ProSidian Team Members will perform the following primary duties:
Provide IT QA consulting services during the specific timeframe (e.g., procurement development through solution implementation and Go-Live of the initial project phase, project start-up through completion of a key critical event, etc.) and as defined under any authorized Statement of Work (SOW).
Leading QA methodology development and refinement in designing the right mixture of manual and automation tests to deliver quality effectively on time and budget to monitor progress against schedule (status and stage of completion), costs, requirements, and project Deliverables in compliance for risk indicators.
Inform Client Stakeholders, Project Sponsors, Development Teams, User Acceptance Testing, and functional representatives of risk factors and recommend corrective actions to reduce or prevent risk.
Document accomplishments and key deliverables for the project and, if applicable procurement, which may include evaluation events, assessment of deliverables and tasks specified in the Project Plan for all tracks of each project, etc.
Review the quality of deliverables and products produced by Client Stakeholders, Project Sponsors, Development Teams, User Acceptance Testing, and functional representatives if applicable, the selected vendors for business transformation processes and technology.
Attend required meetings with the project steering committee(s), agency leadership, project teams (and, if applicable, ProSidian Team Members project staff), and other stakeholders as required.
Support the implementation of project management processes, methodologies, and tools to minimize risk and validate content.
Conduct project management reviews and assessments of client and vendor activities, work products, and deliverables that includes identification of potential risks and recommendations for mitigation.
Supports the delivery of all QA services, work products, and deliverables.
Working in an Agile environment and assist the development team (Developers and Architects) in automating tests at multiple levels of testing: unit, functional, system, and performance
Helping establish and support a Quality Assurance framework for Automating Continuous Build (CB) / Automating Continuous Integration (CI)/ Automating Continuous Deployment (CD) of any necessary software into configuration management systems and running system integration tests and unit tests of code/applications/processes in the stage environment which is a close replica of our production environment
Work with business users in defining and writing User Acceptance Testing, test cases and plans and ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle while meeting all project-related deadlines
Qualifications
The Lead IT QA Consultant shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
Required Qualifications And Experience:
A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with Project Management Institute (PMI ) Preferred
A Master Project Management (MPM) certification from a recognized college or institute Preferred
Minimum of five (5) years providing QA services for a large scale (multi-million dollar) state or Govt. agency IT projects.
A combination of prior QA or PM experience totaling five (5) or more years providing services on information technology (IT) projects of similar or greater size, risk, and complexity when compared to the project being undertaken.

Quality Assurance Engineer- Natrium
The Natrium QA Engineer reports directly to the Natrium Project QA Manager. This position is responsible for performing Quality Assurance activities for TerraPower's Natrium advanced reactor program. The ideal candidate will have QA experience in NRC 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, 10 CFR Part 21, ASME NQA-1-2015, and Regulatory Guide (RG) 1.28, Revision 5. The ideal candidate should be an NQA-1 Certified Lead Auditor (ATL) and have extensive experience with evaluation and qualification of NQA-1 commercial supply chain suppliers. The ideal candidate will also have extensive experience applying a graded approach to quality in environments ranging from conceptual design using collaborative environments to safety related design and construction supporting PSAR requirements and construction permits. Experience with industry codes, standards and guides such as ASME, AWS, AISC, ASTM, EPRI, NEI, ISO, NEC and IEEE are strongly desired.
Responsibilities
• Review customer and regulatory contracts and develop baseline requirements matrices/documents.
• Interface with customer and supplier QA representatives to assist with resolution of quality, technical, and complex compliance issues.
• Review internal and external engineering documents including design drawings, specifications, test plans/procedures, etc., to ensure compliance with governing procedures and appropriate flow down of applicable QA requirements.
• Plan and perform (as a Certified Audit Team Leader (ATL)) supplier qualification audits and surveillances of suppliers and partnering companies.
• Perform annual evaluations and triennial audits of approved suppliers on the TerraPower Evaluated Suppliers List (ESL).
• Plan and perform fabrication/construction surveillance activities in supplier facilities and at the Natrium Construction Site in Kemmerer, Wyoming.
• Support Engineering with the development and implementation of Commercial Grade Dedication (CGD) plans.
• Plan and perform commercial grade surveys of commercial suppliers in accordance with approved CGD plans.
• Coordinate and host Customer and Regulator audits, surveillances, and visits.
• Develop, revise, and/or review QA processes and procedures.
• Plan and perform (as a certified ATL) internal Audits.
• Participate in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Continuous Improvement, Lessons Learned/Operational Experience, and Risk Management processes.
• Review quality affecting procedures (engineering, procurement, document control, records, testing, etc.) to ensure flow-down of applicable QA requirements.
• Review procurement specifications, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, task orders, statement of work, and quality program requirements documents to ensure flow-down of applicable quality assurance requirements.
• Perform Internal audits of TerraPower QA policy, implementing procedures, and documentation.
• Perform mentoring and training on various NRC quality assurance issues and licensing.
Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline, business, management, or quality assurance field.
• 15 years' experience in a nuclear (NRC, DOE) Quality Assurance function regulated environment by the USNRC.
• Current certification as NQA-1 Lead Auditor or an NRC vendor inspector other industry recognized certification or the ability to be certified within one year of hire.

Position

Responsibilities

Implement Statistical Product Acceptance Plan as per Boeing D1-8001 & SAE 9138.
The Quality Engineer will work with Manufacturing and Engineering personnel to ensure a smooth transition of new products from the planning stage through delivery of the product to the customer.
Support AS9100 requirements. Participate as the Quality focal for internal/external corrective actions resulting from non-conformances.
Perform process audits to assess compliance, capability, and effectiveness of various manufacturing processes and specifications.
Help develop and maintain metrics that show the current condition of the processes and help to improve the manufacturing process.
Create Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) as needed to allow for easier cross-training of personnel.
Research and analyze specifications to make sound decisions based on customer/industry documentation.
Review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to ensure completeness and compliance with AS9102 standard.
Qualifications
Proficient in NPI, APQP, and work instructions for QC inspections.

Qualifications

The focus will be made on enterprise professional services covering Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS), Modified Commercial off The Shelf (MOTS), custom build applications/systems, .etc as part of System Modernization and Business Transformation (BT). Enterprise QA Professional Services are required for current application/technology/Process/People Solutions as well as future BT Related Procurements (including projected procurement timeframes) which may include: Enabling Technologies, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems, Conveyance Management Systems, Workers' Compensations System Modernization (WCSM) project and other agency projects.
Quality Assurance is a discipline to ensure that project management standards, processes, and procedures are appropriate and effectively implemented to increase the probability of a project's success. Quality Assurance applies to the entire project, from initiation through implementation and closeout. Quality Assurance provides its greatest value when it is engaged as early as possible, beginning with the feasibility study. Professional QA Practitioner findings and recommendations are based on a combination of evidence, knowledge of industry standards, knowledge of the project, and professional judgment drawn from experience.
As such, it is expected that the Lead IT QA Consultant be knowledgeable and practiced in all aspects of Information Technology system life cycle project management processes as defined in the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK). Duties would include reviewing, monitoring, and observing project management activities, processes, and deliverables. The Lead IT QA Consultant is expected to ensure that QA services are provided in alignment with a client's overall project schedule. Additionally, they would be responsible for supporting the written assessment reports developed by the team and overseeing the recommendations developed to ensure they provide early warning to our clients of potential risks; including, actionable input and recommendations that can be tracked to completion.
Provide IT QA consulting services during the specific timeframe (e.g., procurement development through solution implementation and Go-Live of the initial project phase, project start-up through completion of a key critical event, etc.) and as defined under any authorized Statement of Work (SOW).
Leading QA methodology development and refinement in designing the right mixture of manual and automation tests to deliver quality effectively on time and budget to monitor progress against schedule (status and stage of completion), costs, requirements, and project Deliverables in compliance for risk indicators.
Inform Client Stakeholders, Project Sponsors, Development Teams, User Acceptance Testing, and functional representatives of risk factors and recommend corrective actions to reduce or prevent risk.
Document accomplishments and key Deliverables for the project and, if applicable procurement, which may include evaluation events, assessment of deliverables and tasks specified in the Project Plan for all tracks of each project, etc.
Review the quality of deliverables and products produced by Client Stakeholders, Project Sponsors, Development Teams, User Acceptance Testing, and functional representatives if applicable, the selected vendors for business transformation processes and technology.
Meet regularly with the project team, as needed, upon intervals based upon current project activities.
Attend required meetings with the project steering committee(s), agency leadership, project teams (and, if applicable, Vendor project staff), and other stakeholders as required.
Support the implementation of project management processes, methodologies, and tools to minimize risk and validate content.
Conduct project management reviews and assessments of client and vendor activities, work products, and deliverables that includes identification of potential risks and recommendations for mitigation.
Supports the delivery of all QA services, work products, and deliverables.
Working in an Agile environment and assist the development team (Developers and Architects) in automating tests at multiple levels of testing: unit, functional, system, and performance
Helping establish and support a Quality Assurance framework for Automating Continuous Build (CB) / Automating Continuous Integration (CI)/ Automating Continuous Deployment (CD) of any necessary software into configuration management systems and running system integration tests and unit tests of code/applications/processes in the stage environment which is a close replica of our production environment
Work with business users in defining and writing User Acceptance Testing, test cases and plans and ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle while meeting all project-related deadlines
Preparing and rolling out of testing methodology and Ensuring the customer solution is stable and building robust and yet simple and flexible test documentation
Qualifications
The Lead IT QA Consultant shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

Position
The Quality Engineer is responsible for improving product quality, increasing process efficiency, and reducing operating costs by reducing variation in the inputs to manufacturing. The Quality Engineer will ensure customer satisfaction by improving products and through processes inspection methods to analyze product quality. The Quality Engineer will establish metrics to monitor effectiveness of processes and adjust, as necessary.
Responsibilities
Active participation in company New Product Introduction (NPI) process - Act as the Quality department's focal in establishing and releasing new products to the manufacturing floor by creating Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and Control Plans.
The Quality Engineer will work with Manufacturing and Engineering personnel to ensure smooth transition of new product from the planning stage through delivery of product to the customer.
Support AS9100 requirements.
Participate as the Quality focal for internal/external corrective actions resulting from non-conformances.
Provide guidance to teams in performing immediate action activities, drilling down to a root cause statement, and developing a robust action plan to implement effective and sustainable solutions.
Perform process audits to assess compliance, capability and effectiveness of various manufacturing processes and specifications.
Help to develop and maintain metrics that show the current condition of the processes and help to improve the manufacturing process.
Support the Quality team by providing clear, accurate information.
Create Standard Work Instructions (SWI's) as needed to allow for easier cross training of personnel.
Research and analyze specifications to make sound decisions based on customer/industry documentation.
Review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to ensure completeness and compliance with the AS9102 standard.
Participate in continuous improvement activities pertaining to customer feedback, management, manufacturing, and supply chain processes
