JOB PURPOSE
Support Pattern's Engineering Procurement and Construction department (EPC) in developing and managing processes and procedures that ensure projects adhere to the highest standards of quality, performance, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
The key responsibilities will include as a minimum the following:
* Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and a Construction Quality Management Program (CQMP) for Owner's Renewable Energy projects, utilizing industry standards, Operational requirements and lessons learned from previous projects.
* Develop and maintain contractual QAQC requirement exhibits for external vendors and contractors to clearly outline project deliverables.
* Ensure QAQC lessons learned for each project are incorporated into contract exhibits, processes, etc.
* Review/Approve contractor quality plans to ensure plans meet Pattern QAQC requirements
* Develop and maintain Inspection and Testing Compliance requirements.
* Oversee all inspection and testing processes to ensure materials and construction practices meet required specifications and standards.
* Develop and maintain detailed reporting and auditing process of QAQC deliverables and provide regular reports to project stakeholders (i.e. Project Managers, Project Directors, VP of Execution, etc.).
* Develop and Conduct training sessions for construction management personnel on QAQC requirements and best practices at project kick-off and throughout project lifecycle.
* Evaluate and monitor suppliers and subcontractors to ensure their Standards and processes meet Owner's QAQC requirements.
* Develop and support Audits of QAQC construction documentation submitted from contractors ensuring they meet project standards and contractual requirements
* Identify areas for improvement in construction processes and implement solutions to enhance QAQC procedures and efficiency.
* Assess potential risks related to QAQC and develop mitigation strategies.
* Collaborate with the safety management team to ensure that QAQC processes support and enhance overall safety requirements.
* Support reporting and requirements of Lender's Independent Engineer to ensure all QAQC issues are tracked and resolved timely.

Requirements:
Our dynamic manufacturing team in Longview, Texas. is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in the role of Quality Assurance Manager. This position is responsible for leading and managing the entire range of Quality programs.
Job Responsibilities & Tasks
Coordinate document preparation and certifications for audits and act as the main point of contact for audits with regulatory and third-party compliance. Identify, document, and communicate with production and warehouse operations on non-compliance issues and hold and release procedures. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented SQF Practitioner who will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our quality assurance processes, ensuring that all products meet established safety and quality specifications. This position requires a strong understanding of quality control principles and the ability to implement effective quality systems.
Quality Systems & Compliance
· Develop, implement, and maintain the SQF Food Safety System in accordance with current standards.
· Serve as the designated SQF Practitioner, ensuring the facility meets all certification and audit requirements.
· Lead internal audits, corrective actions, and verification activities to ensure ongoing compliance with GFSI, and customer requirements.
· Maintain and control documentation related to quality policies, procedures, and records.
Operational Quality Leadership
· Oversee quality control processes including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product release.
· Collaborate with production, technical, maintenance, engineering and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
· Conduct root cause analysis and lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) initiatives.
· Monitor and analyze quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, first-pass yield, audit scores) to drive performance improvements.
Training & Culture
· Train and mentor staff on GMPs, HACCP, and SQF protocols.
· Promote a culture of food safety and quality ownership throughout the facility.
· Lead quality-related training programs and ensure team competency.
Physical Demand.
· 50% of time spent on the plant floor.
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance; flexible packaging or blown film experience preferred.
· Certified in HACCP; SQF Practitioner designation or eligibility required.
· Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMPs, and food safety standards.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
· Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
· Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in packaging manufacturing or a similar quality-intensive production environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and the ability to learn new quality tracking software tools.
Familiarity with measuring devices such as rulers, calipers, and measuring tapes.
Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
Must be fluent in English with strong reading comprehension and reporting capabilities.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to navigate the production floor and elevated walkways.
May require use of stairs or ladders to retrieve quality documentation.
Close and color vision is required for quality approval of printed products.

Position Summary:
Reports to the designated community team lead. Responsible for providing and completing assessments, implementing complex treatment and discharge plans, and providing counseling services to inmates. Serves as a professional resource to other counselors in resolving complex case problems and provides clinical supervision and guidance as appropriate. Provides services to inmates in compliance with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) and Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) directives.
Essential Functions:
Designs and implements comprehensive treatment plans (CTP) and comprehensive assessment plans (CAP); and conducts intensive or comprehensive interventions.
Assume independent clinical responsibility for all inmates including the application of crisis intervention techniques to include suicide prevention, recognizing abnormal behavior, and taking appropriate action to prevent or diffuse potentially disruptive situations.
Collaborates with supervisor or other psychiatric, social work, or medical professionals on specific case-related issues to maintain continuity of care, and to aid in achieving therapeutic and restorative goals for inmates through individual and group counseling.
Conduct evaluation tests for inmates to determine needs, establish goals and develop plans; make referrals to contract professionals for assessment and treatment of inmates.
Provide recommendations regarding CAP; make case presentations; and assist the program director and treatment team.
Maintain and monitor the confidentiality of inmate records and review the status of inmates.
Maintain accurate and complete case reports, records, and statistics necessary for the evaluation of the program.
Attend scheduled staff meetings; promote communication and the proper flow of relevant information between administration, staff, and inmates.
Promote the development of positive social skills and intervene when inappropriate behaviors are observed; provide regular feedback to staff regarding social skills procedures and intervention techniques.
Maintain accountability of inmates; adhere to safety practices.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE).
Four (4) years of full-time, wage-earning substance abuse treatment experience. Each year of experience in excess of the required four (4) may be substituted for thirty (30) semester hours from an accredited college or university on a year-for-year basis.
Must possess current valid licensure as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I) by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), current valid certification as Certified Criminal Justice Professional -Applicant (CCJP-A) by the Texas Certification Board of Addiction Professionals, current valid licensure as Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors.
Must maintain valid licensure or certification for continued employment in the position.
A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management.
Post Hire Requirements:
Must complete Correctional Awareness Training (CAT) prior to inmate contact. Must successfully complete annual in-service training requirements and pass an annual background check, both of which must be approved by Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
