Job Description The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance & Automation is a hybrid hands-on leadership role responsible for defining, building, and scaling a modern QA and test automation capability. This role balances deep individual contribution, strategic practice leadership, and people management. The ideal candidate is a technically strong QA leader who can set standards, design automation frameworks, and directly contribute to complex testing initiatives, while also establishing a long-term QA strategy and leading a high-performing QA team. Job Description Join Produce Innovations, a division of Loffredo Fresh Foods as a Full time Fresh Cut Quality Control Coordinator based out of our Norwalk, IA Branch. We are a local, family-owned food and produce distributor that has proudly served the Midwest region for over 130 years. We distribute to 11 different states across our 6 locations. The Fresh Cut Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for upholding the highest standards of food safety and product quality are maintained throughout the production process. This includes conducting routine inspections, calibrating equipment, performing audits, and supporting the plant's overall quality assurance efforts in compliance with regulatory and company policies. Responsible and a strong compliance to Food Safety and Employee Safety. Key Responsibilities: Routine Inspections: Conduct inspections of food production processes, including finished product quality, regulatory compliance, label verification, sanitation, employee GMPs, training compliance, and HACCP adherence. Place product on hold as necessary. Communication & Reporting: Report product quality issues to Production and Quality Management teams to address concerns quickly and effectively. Compliance Support: Provide quality support for all plant operations to ensure compliance with facility and government regulations, SOPs, GMPs, and food safety policies. Laboratory Equipment Calibration: Calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing and analysis. Safety & SOP Adherence: Follow and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to Food and Employee Safety, GMPs, PPE, and hygiene to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Production Inspections: Inspect all phases of plant production operations to ensure the overall quality and safety of finished products. Management Support: Support and follow directions from management, completing tasks with minimal supervision. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the plant's overall quality and safety objectives. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred with 0-2 years of experience. Acknowledge quality standards of products Must be a self-directed individual with the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization.

As a Data Center Quality Inspector I, you provide superb quality control services for our clients. The work includes performing essential inspections of electrical equipment and systems, such as switchgear and substations. Detailed knowledge of mechanical and instrumentation is critical to conduct inspections and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Attentively, you ensure the equipment and technicians around you comply with company and site safety requirements. You prepare detailed daily reports about your findings, including time tracking and special inspection reports. Diligently, you approve and submit important documents such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requests, team reports, and time tracking reports. You take pride in assuring that our clients receive safely installed and functional equipment every time. Responsibilities Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Prepare written documentation such as daily narratives (work reports), special inspection reports, and daily time tracking.
