Training, Audits & Continuous Improvement Train shop personnel, project managers, superintendents, and foremen on quality requirements Implement nonconformance reporting, corrective action, and root cause processes Conduct internal audits and readiness reviews prior to external audits Drive continuous improvement across fabrication and field installation 7.
