The quality technician contributes to the quality of processes and products by performing audits, inspections, and testing. Provides production expertise to resolve quality issues within the production operation, taking corrective action to rectify nonconformance issues. Reports quality issue data and ensures the quality management system is adhered to at all stages. Inspects and tests incoming parts from supply chain companies, performs first article inspection, calibrates tools and gauges, analyzes customer returns, controls documents, and assists with disposition of nonconforming product.
