Process Quality Assurance responsibilities cover a wide array of manufacturing areas and a broad variety of processes on inert and energetic materials. The position will start on day shift and has the potential to move to rotating shifts. In this job, you will: Perform visual and final dimensional inspections to verify items are acceptable to the following requirements: Blueprints, CAD drawings, specification, Quality Procedures, and planning instructions. Inspections are performed using calipers, depth micrometers, height gages, I.D. & O.D. micrometers and stationery and portable CMM's etc. on tight tolerance materials, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Use of Geometric Tolerancing to verify true positions, runouts, profiles, flatness, perpendicularity requirements. Reviews data ensuring temperature/humidity requirements are met for in process and deliverable hardware. Other duties as assigned This position is contingent upon the candidate obtaining final clearances and program access(es) within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company.
