About the Role
As a Test Engineer in our Product Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective methods for testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment throughout the product development and manufacturing phases. You will prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new products. Working with moderate guidance, you will plan labor, schedules, and equipment requirements for testing and evaluating both standard and specialized devices, while continuously developing your technical expertise in test engineering.

Prepare and update process documentation (LOB, Procedures, SFC, Training, and Layouts), often using Autocad.
Manage Bill of Material (BOM) and Engineering Change (EC) data in the system, often utilizing SAP.
Lead and direct continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools.
Develop action plans for problems found in the production process and use quality tools for root cause analysis (e.g., Ishikawa/Fishbone, FMEA, 8D).
Qualifications
Minimum an Associate degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Must have 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
Recent graduates in the related field are welcome to apply
Familiar with Python script is a plus
Use basic tools such as screwdriver, pen drill, etc.
Knowledge of quality tools like PDCA, FMEA, and 8D ; advanced knowledge/certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Greenbelt) ; advanced knowledge of the Office package ; and strong attention to detail.
