Provide necessary training to operators on plant hygiene as needed to uphold cleanliness and microbiological safety standards.

EDUCATION & TRAINING
Bachelor's degree in microbiology, food science, chemistry, or related, from an accredited college or university.

A track record of successful teamwork in a food manufacturing environment.
Preferred candidate to be certified in HACCP, and FSMA regulations.

* Develop and execute test scripts, cases, and scenarios that will determine optimal system performance according to specifications and defined expected results.
