Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Facility Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 10 years of reliability, maintenance, or operations experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or similar reliability-centered maintenance systems. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Proven success leading maintenance teams and improving equipment performance in a lean manufacturing setting.
