Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Quality Assurance (QA) department.
- Manage an effective quality assurance program that monitors and resolves issues before they become problems.

Job Summary:

What you will need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Paper Science preferred
5+ years professional level paperboard/converting solutions experience required
Strong emphasis on paperboard converting operations required
Proficient knowledge of PI (Process Information System)
Previous experience using a Production Management system preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Excellent Planning and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous experience with CI, Lean, OEE and TPM techniques desired
High speed manufacturing environment, sustained exposure to high frequency noises, multiple hours standing, walking on concrete surfaces
Personal Protective Equipment required in mill environment
Dirt, noise, odor, and temperature extremes
Climbing stairs, ladders, and scaffolding
Exposure to hazardous chemicals used in manufacturing process
