ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Investigate and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
5. Cross-Border Coordination
• Collaborate with teams in the U.S. and Mexico to ensure alignment in quality standards and processes.
6. Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, audit results, and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality systems, processes, and audit results
7. Corporate Certification Management
• Manage the application, renewal and compliance processes for corporate certifications.
• Maintain records of certification timelines and ensure timely renewals to prevent lapses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date business records, including ownership structures, financials, and operational documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in certification requirements and advise leadership on necessary adjustments.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and integrated management systems.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
· Proficient in quality improvement tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to effectively communicate with cross-border teams.
DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (required).
• 5+ years of experience in quality management, including experience with certification audits and integrated management systems.
• Proven experience managing and leading teams across borders, particularly in Mexico.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Office environment with periodic visits to warehouse and refurbishment facilities in both the U.S. and Mexico.
Travel between Texas and Mexico may be required (approximately 20%-30% of the time).

Qualifications
Minimum Journeyman electrician with 7 years of experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor.
Proven experience in quality management within the construction industry, preferably in large-scale projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, regulations, and best practices.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

The Supplier Quality Surveillance Engineer is responsible supporting Procurement in the implementation and execution of Procurement Supplier Quality Inspections and audits.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Required Electrical Engineering degree with comparable direct experience/degree/certification follows:
4 years applicable work experience in professional supplier quality
2 years applicable work experience in professional supplier quality with 2-year technical/associate's degree in electrical technology
0-1 years applicable work experience with 4-year bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Broad working knowledge of all design/craft disciplines and engineered equipment/materials associated with renewable energy and electrical projects and must be familiar with their special processes, inspection, and testing techniques
Must be familiar with electrical procurement and vendor surveillance procedures as well as working knowledge of construction industry codes and standards related to the manufacture and testing of electrical components/systems such as IEEE, IECC, NEC, NFPA, NESC, IBC, IFC, etc.)

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Quality Technician is responsible for driving the 80 Acres Farms quality and food safety program across all processes at the farm. With strong knowledge of 80 Acres Farms Food Safety and Quality procedures the Quality Technician will perform process audits, product monitoring and verification checks, shelf-life evaluations and collection of food safety and quality data as applicable. The Quality Technician will be responsible for on-time identification and escalation of food safety and quality issues at the farm level, assist in food safety and quality training, support implementation of corrective actions, conduct and participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities and duties:
Monitor and verify compliance with food safety and quality programs and procedures on a day-to-day basis.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Quality Technician 3 is responsible for driving the 80 Acres quality and food safety program across all processes at the site. Minimum Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of 14 CFR 21, 43, 45, 121, 145 and Industry standards (AC7108, AC7109, AC7200, etc) for Chemical Process - Stripping, Cleaning, Plating, Painting and Sealants
• Working knowledge of PC's in the current company operating system environment.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of company process, company instruction and rework process instruction manuals.
• Thorough knowledge of aerospace materials and processes.
• In jurisdictions governed by a regulatory body or with an association that is governed by local legal requirements, registration is required.
• University degree in metallurgy, mechanical or chemical engineering; or equivalent.
• Experience in an aerospace or manufacturing process engineering environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to develop a business case proposal for new productivity improvement technologies working with Operations and contractors for justifications, budget & timeline
• Ability to prepare a Technical Specification and Cost Benefit Analysis for procurement of capital equipment. Liaises with management in the procurement process
• Ability to define a plan for local Engineering to approve MRO repairs and equipment to Airworthiness Requirements

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Quality Technician 3 is responsible for driving the 80 Acres quality and food safety program across all processes at the site. With strong understanding of Food Safety and Quality principles the Quality & Safety Technician will lead site quality & safety team members to perform process audits, monitoring and verification checks, shelf-life evaluations and collection of food safety and quality data as applicable.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Monitor and verify compliance with food safety and quality programs and procedures on a day-to-day basis.
Ability to lead quality & safety teams on a day-to-day basis and as a backup for site Quality lead.
Deliver training to ensure seamless execution of tasks for new operations and processes.
Identify, escalate, and investigate food safety and quality opportunities at the site, including through corrective action implementation.
Ensure site compliance with food safety regulations.
Execute quality, safety and continuous improvement projects as needed.
Qualifications:
1-3 years' experience in quality or food safety in food processing environment.
Proficient inuseof computer systems and programs including detailed data collection.
HACCP or PCQI certification, preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Degree or applicable experience in Agriculture, Food Science, Chemistry (Preferred)
