Supplier Quality Establish and maintain supplier quality requirements and performance metrics. Drive supplier audits and manage supplier corrective actions as needed. Work with procurement to ensure suppliers meet quality, regulatory, and customer expectations. Customer Quality Manage customer complaints, returns, and quality-related inquiries. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues and implementation of corrective actions. Support customer audits and quality reviews. Leadership & Training Lead, mentor, and develop quality team members. Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure control over materials, facilities, and products. Promote quality awareness and ISO 9001 understanding throughout the organization. Develop and deliver quality-related training for employees at all levels.
