This position requires the ability to stand for 8-10 hours daily in a cold environment (39°ree;F).LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: Monitor the food production process and product by sensory, weight control, and analytical methods to maintain product consistency and comply with established specifications including color, moisture, pH, weight, size, etc. Hold team members accountable to FSQA standards and procedures. Evaluate all finished product for compliance Perform and document all testing with precision and accuracy Identify, investigate, and communicate out-of-compliance situations and product standards to leadership team and the FSQA Manager REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED required.
